This was a redesign of a clinical application for ambulatory doctors. The solution is based on anticipatory design which provided an ‘inbox’ that would contain scheduled items as well as new incoming unscheduled interruptions. The data that is presented is relevant to that time, place, and situation. Contextual information on the right hand side assists the physician in clinical decision making.
