This project consisted of creating a workspace for pharmacy prescription renewal requests. After researching competitor solutions, interviewing end users, onsite observations, brainstorming, and numerous iterations, the final design was conceived. Rigorous regulatory requirements also had to be considered. The final solution was to create a worklist of items that the user could easily navigate through and take action on with a single click.
